Te Puna Hauora o Te Raki Paewhenua Society Incorporated is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare and social services to communities on the North Shore of Auckland and beyond, extending towards Northland. To achieve this, we have implemented and are committed to maintaining and continually improving a Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001. We commit to ensuring health- care and social services related requirements are consistently met. We strive to meet customer and other quality-related requirements, and aim to assure customer satisfaction through strict application of the Quality Management System.


The Management Team is committed to setting meaningful Quality objectives, and to conducting regular, periodic reviews to generate a culture of continual improvement.
