Te Puna Hauora would like to let you know that we have a new patient portal, powered by Vensa. 


This means Manage My Health is no longer available, and your MMH account will no longer get updates with new health data.


All existing MMH accounts will be instantly migrated to the new portal, and we will send you an email to change your login information. Please check your email to sign up.


The new patient portal allows you to arrange appointments online, order repeat prescriptions, access your healthcare data, care circle (family account) and much more - all on your phone, tablet or computer in just a few clicks.
