Te Pae Herenga o Tāmaki Whānau Ora Collective Inaugural Matariki Awards at Aotea Centre. We saw several of our amazing kaimahi here at Te Puna Hauora nominated for various awards for all their hard mahi and dedication. The last award for the night, which was the Puanga Award went to our mareikura, Whaea Lyvia Marsden, who was acknowledged for all her hard work and dedication to Te Pae Herenga o Tamaki over the past 10 years, and for her hard mahi, dedication and advocacy to the Māori health sector for over 60 years. What a privilege and honour to witness our beloved Whaea Lyvie receiving this award.
