Our aim is to reduce the barriers for people accessing quality medical care. We do this by keeping our fees as low as possible, providing transport to those who are unable to travel, and by providing culturally appropriate services for high needs populations.
Currently, Te Puna has two clinics on the North Shore. The main clinic is based in Northcote beside Awataha Marae and the Auckland University of Technology.
Our second clinic is based in Birkdale and was opened to serve our ever expanding client community in this area.

Healthy Lifestyle Programme
Te Puna Hauora runs a programme designed to assist clients in making thier lifestyles healthier. The Programme Coordinator works alongside the Mobile nurse and practice nurse teams to support clients who are struggling to make the necessary changes.
The Coordinator utilises a web-based tool which assists clients in making decisions about what to eat, and what not to! Clients are able to access this programme on any computer an internet connection. This enables them to self-manage their dietary needs.
