Children's Services

Te Puna has a number of services aimed at the younger members of our community. This reflects our recognition of their importance in our community and society in general. In addition to the services outlined below, we have a Maori youth worker and a Parenting Programme. These are outlined on the Community Services page here.

Providing care for all children up to 5 years. The team includes two registered nurses and a community support worker providing; Maternity support (antenatal – 24 mths), Tamariki Ora/Well Child checks (0-5yrs) and Whanau support services.
