  Haere mai | Welcome

Kia ora and welcome to the website of Te Puna Hauora. We provide health and social services in the community of Te Raki Paewhenua, in Auckland's North Shore City.

We have a unique service, (one which has won national awards), and we are very proud of our community, and the mahi (work) we are able to do. Over the last 15 years or so we have worked hard to find ways to offer services that are people-focused and community-minded; to the point where Te Puna has become a leader in developing innovative and effective services for people affected by health inequalities.
We hope that you'll be able to find most of the information you'll need, right here on this website. However, if there is something we can assist you with, please contact us, we are only too happy to help.

If you are a Whānau member of ours, please feel free to browse the site to find out about the services we offer. We have close links to many other community groups, so we will know who can help you if we are unable to.

Kia ora - Te Puna Hauora is a non-profit organisation committed to the reduction of health inequalities in our community. We would like to acknowledge and thank the following organisations for their ongoing funding and support in this, Te Puni Kokiri, Child, Youth and Family, ASB Community Trust, Waitemata District Health Board and New Zealand Ministry of Health.
