  Haere mai | Welcome

Kia ora and welcome to the website of Te Puna Hauora. We provide health and social services in the community of Te Raki Paewhenua, in Auckland's North Shore City.

We have a pretty unique service, (one which has won national awards), and we are very proud of our community, and the mahi (work) we are able to do. Over the last 10 years or so we have worked hard to find ways to offer services that are people-focused and community-minded; to the point where Te Puna has become a leader in developing innovative and effective services for people affected by health inequalities.

We hope that you'll be able to find most of the information you'll need, right here on this website. However, if there is something we can assist you with, please contact us, we are only to happy to help.

If you are a client of ours, please feel free to browse the site to find out about the services we offer. We have close links to many other community groups, so we will know who can help you if we are unable to.

We would love to hear from you. Contact us here

  A New Partnership

Te Puna PHO is in the process of winding down to make way for the new  Te Puna Whanau  Ora Network Alliance Limited, which will align Te Puna with Procare, which supports more than half of Auckland’s GPs and their staff.  We hope this new journey will help Te Puna to continue to grow and support our community.

Nurse stays for the love of people..

Te Puna Hauora general manager Lyvia Marsden celebrates 50 years on the job. It was the thought of having her very own room that lured Lyvia Marsden into the career of nursing. But it's her love of helping the community that kept her on the same path for 50 years come January. .
